Include approval and removal processes in your design. When staff change roles or a maintenance contract ends, permissions should be reviewed. Ask how the platform records changes and how administrators can investigate an unexpected action.

For a network serving several organizations, also check account separation, delegated administration, and export restrictions. A dashboard filter is not a substitute for an enforced permission boundary.

Every location has its own supply, building load, charger mix, and operating priorities. Record those constraints before configuring charging limits. A network-wide energy view is useful, but it does not replace a properly designed local power-control system.

A charging session, a calculated fee, and a settled payment are different records. Agree how they relate before consolidating network reports. Include failed payments, refunds, interrupted sessions, and adjustments in the demonstration.

For each location, define the billing party, accepted payment methods, price display, and applicable commercial requirements. Multi-country operations also need explicit currency and time-zone handling; combining monetary totals without a conversion policy can mislead decision-makers.

Review the EV charging payment solution and ask for a walkthrough from session completion to reporting and reconciliation using your intended operating model.

Connectivity loss needs its own acceptance test

Do not infer offline behavior from cloud hosting or an OCPP label. Verify existing-session behavior, new-session authorization, local power limits, record buffering, and recovery with the proposed chargers and configuration. Identify any app or payment function that still depends on an external service.
